– Minimum Graduation (HEC-recognized) – Master’s/trade finance certifications preferred |
| Experience | – 8+ years in banking/finance – 5+ years as a trainer (credit/retail/operations) |
– 1+ year in trade processing (imports/exports, LCs, guarantees) |
| Key Skills | – Training program design – MS Office, Zoom, Teams – Strong communication (English/Urdu) |
– Trade finance (ICC/SBP regulations) – MS Office, customer service – Attention to detail |
| Responsibilities | – Design & deliver training programs – Conduct workshops & evaluations – Implement innovative learning methods |
– Process trade transactions (LCs, guarantees) – Ensure compliance & documentation accuracy – Meet TAT/SLA requirements |
