Eligibility Criteria
| Category | Requirements |
| Qualifications | – Member of a recognized professional accounting body OR – Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) OR – Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) OR – Certified Internal Control Auditor OR – Master’s in Finance (HEC-recognized university) |
| Experience | – Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience – At least 5 years in public sector companies – Experience with Board/Audit Committees – Preferred (not mandatory): Mineral sector background |
| Age Limit | Maximum 50 years |
Key Responsibilities

| 6. | Prepare reports with findings and recommendations. |
| 7. | Conduct special investigations as directed by the Board. |
