Job Summary
The Chief Internal Auditor (CIA) will provide independent assurance and advisory services to the Board and Board Audit Committee (BAC), focusing on internal controls, governance, risk management, and compliance across SRSO operations.
Qualifications & Experience
| Category | Requirements |
| Professional Qualification | CA, CMA, ACCA, or CIA (must be a member of ICAP, ICMAP, ACCA, or ICIA). |
| Experience | Minimum 8 years in internal auditing, risk management, or financial management (preference for donor-funded/multi-sector projects or NBFC experience). |
| Age Limit | Up to 55 years. |
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the annual risk-based internal audit plan.
- Evaluate organizational risk, controls, and governance frameworks.
- Report findings and recommendations to the BAC and senior management.
- Supervise and mentor the internal audit team.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong audit methodology and analytical expertise.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and audit software tools.
