Job Purpose

To ensure legal/regulatory compliance and support corporate governance for a Karachi-based company.

Key Responsibilities

Area Tasks
Legal Compliance Advise on corporate law (Companies Act 2017, SECP/PSX rules), draft contracts/policies, and ensure governance adherence.
Board/Shareholder Meetings Organize meetings, prepare resolutions, and document decisions.
Regulatory Filings Submit reports to SECP/PSX; liaise with auditors/legal advisors.
Litigation Represent the company in disputes/arbitration.
Risk Management Identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Criteria Details
Education LLB (16 years); LLM/Bar-at-Law preferred.
Experience 3–4 years (1–2 years in corporate law, preferably in listed firms/law firms).
Skills Expertise in corporate governance, SECP/PSX regulations, and public sector frameworks.
Age Limit Maximum 33 years.
