Karachi Metropolitan University Announces Faculty Positions

Karachi Metropolitan University (KMU), a public sector institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), is inviting applications for several faculty positions. The deadline for application submission is August 11, 2025.

Open Positions:
The university is seeking to fill the following roles:

• Professor

• Associate Professor

• Assistant Professor

• Lecturer

These positions are available in the following schools and departments:

• Karachi School of Business Administration

• Karachi School of Computer Science & Emerging Technologies

• Karachi School of Nursing

• Karachi School of Physical Therapy

Application Process:
Interested candidates are required to submit their complete application, which must include:

• An updated CV and a recent passport-size photograph.

• Attested copies of all relevant documents, such as degrees, experience certificates, publications, domicile, and CNIC.

• Two current letters of reference.

• Statements on teaching, research, and practice, with each statement not exceeding two pages.

• A complete list of publications with citation and impact analysis.

Applicants must clearly state the position and specialty on the top-right corner of the envelope. Government and public sector employees should apply through the proper channels and include a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Each application must be accompanied by a non-refundable pay order of Rs 3,000 in favor of “Karachi Metropolitan University”.
