| Position | Manager – LMS & Digital Services (Karachi) | Deputy Manager – Initial Professional Development (Karachi) |
| Key Responsibilities | – Oversee LMS operations & digital learning resources. – Lead system upgrades & troubleshoot issues. – Mentor LMS administrators & ensure compliance. – Monitor usage & generate reports. |
– Coordinate academic content development. – Support digitalization of study materials. – Manage vendor agreements & student queries. – Assist in Shariah-related course development. |
| Education & Experience | – Master’s in IT/Business Administration/Project Management. – 3-5 years in LMS/digital learning & project management. |
– Professional Accounting Affiliate (2+ years) or MBA (3+ years). – Experience in Islamic Finance preferred. |
| Preferred Skills | – Expertise in Moodle/Blackboard/Canvas. – HTML/CSS/JavaScript, AI in learning. – Leadership & multitasking. |
– Strong communication & research skills. – Knowledge of Shariah frameworks. – Organizational & problem-solving abilities. |
