SOS Children’s Villages of Sindh, a part of SOS Pakistan and SOS International, is a leading international child care organization.

Job Description: Management and supervision of a residential centre that normally houses 100 to 150 children and young adults of various ages. To mentor these children in a friendly, respectful manner while also enforcing discipline. Help youth to prepare for an independent, adult life outside the Village. Working in tandem with a volunteer-based Members Committee and staff. Reporting to the Regional Office, the Village Director needs to help promote the physical, mental and psychological health of its residents.

Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Fluent in English Urdu & Sindhi. Computer literate. Leadership qualities with emphasis on team work. Include a stable, positive, outgoing personality with problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Experience in child care and development will be preferred. Ladies between ages of 35 to 50 are encouraged to apply. Salary and terms as per SOS pay-scale. Free residential facility on campus as per SOS policy.
