Applications are invited from suitable candidates both male and female having Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s domicile (including all special quota/reserved seats) for appointment against the following posts on regular basis in the Peshawar Development Authority.

Terms and Conditions
(1) Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority. (2) All the candidates will be required to create profile on ETEA’s Website. After creating profile and before applying deposit fee and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA/Franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification they will not be able to apply. (3) Interview call letter will be issued to short listed candidates only. (4) Screening of candidates will be based on the prescribed criteria of ETEA. (5) Candidates should be eligible in all respects before the last date of receipt of the applications. (6) Applications received after due date/time will not be entertained. Incomplete application or application with fake information shall be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process. (7) Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules. (8) The candidates working in Government/Semi Government bodies should apply through proper channel. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee. (9) Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel/postpone the recruitment process. (10) No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview. (11) In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided. (12) Candidates obtaining minimum 60% marks in the ETEA test for BPS-17 posts and 50% marks for BPS-16 & below shall be eligible for short listing for interview. (13) Recruitment shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the following criteria prescribed under PDA (Employees Appointment and Terms and Conditions of Service) Regulations 2023:
a. Prescribed qualification – 60 marks
b. Higher qualification – 10 marks
c. Experience – 10 marks
d. Interview – 20 marks
Total: 100 marks
(14) Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.
(15) Minority, Female & Disable quotas are mentioned below:-
a. 0.5% Minority quota (From BPS-03 to BPS-17)
b. 10% Female quota (From BPS-16 & below)
c. 02% Disable quota (From BPS-16 & below)
HOW TO APPLY
- Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk, and apply for the posts online.
- After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates personal information) will be generated.
- Take printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through EasyPaisa app or JazzCash or UBL OMNI or at any branch of UBL Bank.
- After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
- It will not be mandatory to provide any documents at the time of online application. However, original documents/testimonials will be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority.
- Availability of online Application Form on www.etea.edu.pk on 1st September,
- Last date for submission of online Application is 20th September, 2025.
- Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to do not give fake/wrong mobile number.
- Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slips.
- No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal address.
