Eligibility & Requirements
| Category | Criteria |
| Qualification | • Minimum: Graduation (HEC recognized) • Preferred: Master’s degree or relevant professional qualification |
| Experience | • Minimum: 4 years of total banking experience • Required: At least 1 year in asset restructuring, rehabilitation, and/or recovery • Preferred: Experience in corporate/commercial banking (business/risk) or litigation |
| Key Skills | • Sound knowledge of retail, SME, and Agri financing • Awareness of SBP Prudential Regulations • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Effective team player, service-oriented, and able to meet strict deadlines |
Job Responsibilities
| Key Responsibilities |
| • Assist in developing and implementing strategies for managing non-performing portfolios. |
| • Prepare proposals for out-of-court settlements, rehabilitation, restructuring, and rescheduling. |
| • Analyze accounts for potential write-offs/waivers and process them for approval. |
| • Implement approved restructuring plans in line with Bank policy and SBP regulations. |
| • Conduct financial and legal reviews of distressed accounts to identify risks and opportunities. |
| • Coordinate with Legal Division to prepare and execute action plans. |
| • Make client calls to negotiate recoveries and maintain detailed call logs. |
| • Prepare various Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for the assigned portfolio. |
| • Ensure compliance with all external (SBP) and internal regulatory requirements. |
