Applications Required
An Assistant Private Secretary (BPS-16) position is vacant in the Higher Education Department, which needs to be filled on a pure merit basis. Applications are required from residents of Azad Jammu and Kashmir possessing the required educational qualifications for the mentioned position. The prescribed educational qualifications and other conditions for the position must be met by the candidates by the last date of receipt of applications. Applications can be submitted online on the department’s website www.hed.ajk.gov.pk within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication. Confirmation Email copy is mandatory. Otherwise, candidates will not be included in the test/interview. Information regarding the test/interview schedule will be notified via email.

Conditions:
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old and not more than 40 years old.
- Government employees should submit their applications through the proper channel.
- Candidates must bring original educational certificates/degrees, domicile, and national identity card, along with attested copies of all documents as per rules, at the time of test/interview.
- AJK Civil Servants (Appointment & Conditions of Service) Rules, 1977, Rule 23, will apply to this appointment.
- Marks will be calculated according to the CGPA method.
- This appointment will be purely temporary for a period of six months or until the selection of a permanent candidate, whichever comes first.
- This appointment will not be regularized.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
- Providing any false information in the online application will render the candidate ineligible and they will not be included in the test/interview.
