1. Hub Managers – Commercial & SME

Locations: Multan and Islamabad / Gilgit Baltistan Regions
Reports to: Group Head – Commercial, SME & Agriculture Finance

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum Graduation. Preference for a Master’s degree in Economics/Business from an HEC-recognized university. Foreign degree holders must provide an HEC equivalency certificate.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Corporate/Commercial/SME/Retail Banking, with a focus on:
  • Credit evaluations and strategy development.
  • Trade, sales, and marketing.
  • Preference for candidates with Islamic Banking experience.
• Age: As per the Bank’s HR Rules.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of TLS/RMs in an assigned geographic area.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth in Commercial & SME financing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to bank policies and Shariah standards.
• Understand and leverage Government and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) schemes for SME growth.
• Build strong customer relationships and manage branch-level operations and targets.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

2. Head / Officer – Taxation Unit – Finance Group

Location: Head Office – Peshawar

Key Notes:

• Candidates with degrees from foreign universities must provide an HEC equivalency certificate at the time of the interview.
