Job Purpose:
To lead the organization’s investment portfolio by developing strategies, overseeing research, ensuring compliance, and aligning activities with long-term financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize investment strategies.
- Oversee portfolio management and research functions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with senior management to align investments with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s (4-year) or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (HEC recognized) OR
- Member of ICAP, ICMAP, or ACCA.
- CFA certification is a strong advantage.
- Experience:
- 12 years of total experience.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in research, investment management, advisory, corporate finance, or treasury.
- Experience must be within financial institutions (e.g., banks, DFIs, asset management companies, brokerages, insurers).
- Age: Preferably not more than 45 years old.
