2. Key Experience & Skills Required (For Both Positions)

  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in IT operations, digital transformation, system development, and project management.
  • e-Governance: A strong track record in planning and implementing large-scale IT projects, automation, and digitization.
  • Government Knowledge: Understanding of government processes, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
  • Management Skills: Extensive experience in stakeholder management, government procurement, compliance with PPRA rules, budgeting, and financial planning for IT projects.

3. Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing CDA’s IT Roadmap for a paperless environment.
  • Managing secure IT infrastructure, networks, and data centers.
  • Ensuring compliance with government IT policies and cyber laws.
  • Overseeing cybersecurity, data protection, and disaster recovery.
  • Leading the development of mobile apps and citizen-centric digital platforms.
  • Driving innovation, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Handling procurement and vendor management per PPRA Rules.
  • Enhancing existing IT initiatives like e-POAS and Land Records systems.
