2. Key Experience & Skills Required (For Both Positions)
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in IT operations, digital transformation, system development, and project management.
- e-Governance: A strong track record in planning and implementing large-scale IT projects, automation, and digitization.
- Government Knowledge: Understanding of government processes, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
- Management Skills: Extensive experience in stakeholder management, government procurement, compliance with PPRA rules, budgeting, and financial planning for IT projects.
3. Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing CDA’s IT Roadmap for a paperless environment.
- Managing secure IT infrastructure, networks, and data centers.
- Ensuring compliance with government IT policies and cyber laws.
- Overseeing cybersecurity, data protection, and disaster recovery.
- Leading the development of mobile apps and citizen-centric digital platforms.
- Driving innovation, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Handling procurement and vendor management per PPRA Rules.
- Enhancing existing IT initiatives like e-POAS and Land Records systems.
