 Advertisement for School Teacher Interns (STIs)

Services of School Teacher Interns (STIs) are required for a limited period in Workers Welfare School for Girls, Rana Town Shahdara (Evening Shift), operating under the Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, on the following terms and conditions:

School Teacher Interns

1. Duration: Up to a maximum of 6 months or until regular/contract teachers are recruited through the Punjab Public Service Commission (whichever comes first).
2. Age Limit: Females aged 20-55 years.
3. Stipend:50,000 rupees per month.
4. Minimum Educational Qualification: Master’s degree / BS (4-year degree program) with at least a Second Division.
5. Procedure:
   1. Interested female candidates residing in Sheikhupura district can obtain application forms from the office of the Principal, Workers Welfare School for Girls, Rana Town Shahdara (Evening Shift). Information and application forms for the School Teaching Intern Program can also be downloaded from the Punjab Workers Welfare Fund website: http://pww.punjab.gov.pk. Forms must be submitted by September 27, 2025. All candidates are advised to bring original documents and other relevant papers at the time of the interview.
   2. The temporary merit list of eligible candidates will be displayed on the school’s notice board on September 30, 2025.
   3. Interviews for shortlisted candidates from the temporary merit list will be conducted at this school on October 02, 2025.
   4. Complaints (if any) related to the interview can be submitted to the office of the Director Education during office hours until October 03, 2025.
   5. The committee appointed by the Director Education will address complaints.
   6. Selected candidates will be issued internship offer letters after approval from the Secretary / Chief Executive Officer, Punjab Workers Welfare Fund.
   7. No TA/DA will be provided to candidates.

Note: The maximum duration of this internship is 6 months or until regular/contract teachers are recruited through the Punjab Public Service Commission (whichever comes first). This limited-duration internship does not confer the right to regularization or payment, nor can this appointment be challenged under any circumstances. The internship period is not extendable under any circumstances. However, a certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the internship for School Teacher Interns (STIs). Details of educational qualifications, rules and regulations, and application forms are published on the Punjab Workers Welfare Fund website: http://pww.punjab.gov.pk.

Furthermore, this internship has no connection with the 125 internship cases currently under trial in the Supreme Court of Pakistan, as the advertised internship positions are separate from the old internships and cannot be challenged in any court.
