Job Advertisement Summary: Nursing Director at MTI D.I.Khan
Position: Nursing Director (Full-Time)
Institution: Medical Teaching Institute (MTI) D.I.Khan (comprising Gomal Medical College and affiliated teaching hospitals)
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Essential: Qualified Nurse with a Sc in Nursing and current Nursing Council registration.
- Preferred: Sc in Nursing (MSCN).
- Experience: At least 7 years of administrative and teaching experience in a reputable healthcare facility.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee all nursing functions across the institution.
- Manage training for nursing staff.
- Ensure adequate nursing staffing for all clinical needs.
- Maintain the highest nursing standards and perform regular audits of nursing functions.
- Report directly to the Board of Governors (BOG).
Terms & Conditions:
- Contract:5-year contract, renewable as per the MTI Act 2015.
- Employment: The selected candidate must become a full-time employee of MTI D.I.Khan. This requires resigning from any current government, semi-government, or other national/foreign employment immediately upon selection.
- Salary: An attractive salary package and benefits will be offered based on qualifications and experience.
