Eligibility Criteria
- All academic qualifications must be as per the criteria set by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
- Age limit is as per government policy. This limit does not apply to permanent in-service university or government employees.
Application Process & Key Instructions
- Application Form: Must use the prescribed form, available for download from the university’s website: uokajk.edu.pk (Note: The address in the image appears to have a typo).
- Application Fee:
- For BPS-21 & BPS-20 (Prof/Assoc Prof): 12,100/-
- For BPS-19 & BPS-18 (Asst Prof/Lecturer): 6,050/-
- Payment Method: Use the university’s challan form at authorized HBL branches in AJK OR send a bank draft payable to the “Treasurer, University of Kotli (A.K.)”.
- Required Documents: Applicants must include verified copies of:
- Degrees, Result Cards, Transcripts/DMCs, Certificates
- Domicile and State Subject certificate
- For foreign degree holders: An HEC Equivalence Certificate is mandatory.
- For Professor/Associate Professor roles: Four sets of related testimonials are required.
- Submission: Send the completed form, fee proof, and all documents by mail or in person to the Registrar’s office at the address above.
- Separate Applications: A separate application and fee are required for each position you apply for.
- In-Service Candidates: Must apply through the proper channel by the deadline.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Based on written test results (if applicable).
- Written Test: Conducted by a recognized testing service. Candidates must score 50% or higher.
- Interview: Only the top five scorers per position will be called for an interview.
- Final Selection: Based on the recommendations of the Selection Board.
