Detailed Job Requirements
1. Director (Strategic Planning) – BPS-19 (1 Post)
- Qualification: Master’s degree (18 years of education) in any discipline, at least 2nd division from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant professional and research experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership/management role.
- Preferences: International exposure or collaboration with global think tanks (like RAND Corporation).
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, policy analysis, research management, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis tools, and digital collaboration platforms.
2. Deputy Director (Strategic Planning) – BPS-18 (2 Posts)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in any discipline, at least 2nd division from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience:5 years of experience in BPS-17 or equivalent in research, academic, management, or policy-making under Government/Autonomous bodies.
- Preferences: Publications in reputed journals or policy papers.
- Skills: Advanced research, analytical, coordination, team management, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
3. Assistant Director (Strategic Planning) – BPS-17 (2 Posts)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in any discipline, at least 2nd division from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous bodies.
- Skills: Strong communication, writing, presentation, coordination, and teamwork abilities. Computer literacy with MS Office and statistical software.

- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
