  • Job Purpose: To manage and improve the Health, Safety, and Environment management system across the company, ensuring a strong safety culture.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct HSE audits and implement Process Safety Management (PSM).
    • Drive digitization of HSE processes.
    • Develop and update HSE policies according to international standards (OSHA, API, NFPA, ISO 45001).
    • Lead incident investigations and support ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives.
  • Requirements:
    • Education: Engineering degree, preferably with a Master’s.
    • Experience:6-8 years of experience, with 4-6 years in a similar HSE role.
    • Age: Preferably up to 40 years.
    • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Locations: Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.

3. Junior Management – Legal (Company Secretariat)

  • Job Purpose: To ensure robust legal and regulatory compliance, focusing on corporate governance and company secretarial functions.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure compliance with SECP, PSX, and Companies Act regulations.
    • Support the organization of Board and shareholder meetings (AGMs, EGMs).
    • Handle regulatory filings and represent the company in legal proceedings.
    • Identify legal risks and maintain statutory records.
  • Requirements:
    • Education: Master’s degree in Law or a related field.
    • Experience:3-4 years of experience, with 1-2 years in corporate law (preferably in a listed company or law firm).
    • Age: Preferably up to 33 years.
    • Skills: Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks.
