| 4. Procurement Officer | 45 years | 16 years of education, Master’s in Supply Chain, Business, etc. | 3+ years in procurement/supply chain. Experience with World Bank/ISDB projects is a plus. |
| 5. Environmental & Social Safeguards Officer | 45 years | Master’s in Environmental Eng./Sciences or related health field. | 3+ years in environmental & social safeguards for development projects. |
| 6. Program Assistant | 40 years | Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Admin, IT, or related field. | 2+ years in program support or administrative roles. |
