- Post Name: Junior Clerk
- Basic Pay Scale (BPS):BPS-11
- Number of Posts:02 (Two)
2. Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: FA / FSc (Intermediate) or equivalent.
- Skill: Must have a typing speed of 40 words per minute (w.p.m.).
- Eligibility: Only open to:
- First Class State Subject holders of Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
- Refugees from occupied Kashmir who are settled in Pakistan.
3. Application Process & Deadline
- Online Form: Fill out the application form online at ajksupremecourt.gok.pk.
- Print Hard Copy: Take a printout of the completed online form.
- Submit Documents: Submit the hard copy of the form along with the following attested documents:
- Educational Certificates
- Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)
- Domicile Certificate
- State Subject Certificate
- Experience Certificates (if any)
- Two (2) recent passport-size photographs
- Deadline: The complete application must be submitted by 02:30 PM on September 18, 2025.
- Submission Address: Submit to the Assistant Registrar (Admin), Supreme Court of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Muzaffarabad.
Important: Late submissions or unattested documents will not be accepted.
4. Important Instructions & Conditions
- Mobile Number: Applicants must provide their personal mobile number on the form.
- Government Employees: Candidates currently working in government/semi-government roles must apply through the proper channel or attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department.
