Eligibility Criteria (as per HEC guidelines)
| Position | Required Qualification | Required Experience & Publications |
| Professor | Ph.D. in the Relevant Discipline from an HEC Recognized University/Institution. | 10 years of post-Ph.D. experience and 15 research publications in HEC-recognized journals. |
| Associate Professor | Ph.D. in the Relevant Discipline from an HEC Recognized University/Institution. | 5 years of post-Ph.D. experience and 10 research publications in HEC-recognized journals. |
| Assistant Professor | Ph.D. in the Relevant Discipline OR an M.Phil./equivalent 18-year degree. | 4 years of teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized university. |
| Lecturer | M.S./M.Phil. or an equivalent 18-year degree in the Relevant Discipline from an HEC Recognized University/Institution. | University teaching experience is preferred but not explicitly required. |
