Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Human Resources (HR) to lead and strengthen our human capital strategy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a productive, compliant, and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes
- Oversee performance management and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with Pakistan labour laws and HR best practices
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all HR operations

Required Qualifications & Skills
- BBA / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5–8 years of proven HR management experience

- Strong knowledge of Pakistan labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
