Eligibility Criteria
| Qualification | Experience |
| Option 1: 2nd Class BS/Master’s (16 years) in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration. |
Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience (including 7 years in project design, execution, contractor supervision, and reporting). |
| Option 2: 2nd Class M.Sc./MS/M.Phil (18 years) in the same fields. |
Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience (including 5 years in project management). |
| Additional Requirements: Must be well-versed in PEC, PPRA, Planning Commission, and government project guidelines. |
