1. Position Details
- Job Title: Treasurer
- BPS Scale:BS-20
- Number of Posts:01
- Age Limit:35 to 50 years
- Contract Duration:3 years (not extendable)
2. Eligibility Criteria (Choose one path)
Applicants must meet one of the following qualification and experience combinations:
- Option A:
- Qualification: PhD in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics from an HEC-recognized institute.
- Experience:8 years of post-qualification experience in BPS-17 or above (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Option B:
- Qualification: MS/M.Phil in the same fields above, or an equivalent 18-year degree in Accounts & Audit.
- Experience:10 years of post-qualification experience in BPS-17 or above (or equivalent).
- Option C:
- Qualification: MBA (Finance), Com, ACCA, ACMA, MSc (Economics), or an equivalent 16-year degree (at least 2nd division).
- Experience:12 years of post-qualification experience in BPS-17 or above (or equivalent).
Important Note on Experience: Only professional/practical experience from Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, or SECP-registered private organizations is considered. Teaching or research experience will not be counted.
3. Application Process
The application is a two-step process:

- Hard Copy Submission: After applying online, you must send the signed printout of the application form along with attested documents to the Registrar.
4. Key Instructions & Deadlines
- Application Fee: 5,000 (Non-refundable). Payable via bank draft or direct deposit into the university’s HBL or UBL accounts mentioned in the ad.

- Last Date for Submission:29th December 2025 (during office hours).
- Incomplete Applications: Will be rejected.
