Position: Project Director
Project: Construction of Border Terminal at Pakistan-Afghanistan Border (Badini), including a 40-km blacktop road (Ossahat to Khan Dagar).
Location: District Killa Saifullah, Balochistan.
Key Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering/Urban Planning/Project Management (HEC-recognized or foreign university).
- Experience: 20 years total, with at least 10 years post-graduation experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Skills:
- Expertise in terminal buildings, roads, cold storage, warehouses, and railway lines.
- Proficiency in project management tools, donor agency compliance (e.g., World Bank, ADB), and public sector protocols.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Age Limit: 45–65 years.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Liaise with donor agencies, government departments, and local stakeholders.
