Position: Head – Branch Banking Division

Eligibility Criteria:

| Experience | – 15+ years in banking/financial sector. – 10+ years in liabilities/deposits marketing. – 5+ years in senior leadership roles. |
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and optimize the countrywide branch network for liabilities, deposits, and retail products.

Drive CASA (Current & Savings Account) growth to reduce funding costs.

Implement strategies to improve underperforming branches.

Manage Retail Heads, Area Managers, and Branch Managers to meet targets.

Collaborate on new product launches and bank-wide initiatives.
