Eligibility Criteria
| Category | Requirements |
| Education | – Minimum: Graduation – Preferred: Master’s degree (HEC-recognized or with HEC equivalency for foreign degrees) |
| Experience | – 15+ years in Corporate/Commercial/SME/Retail Banking – Expertise in credit evaluation, trade sales, and strategy – Islamic Banking experience preferred |
| Age Limit | As per Bank’s HR rules |
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SME client acquisition and portfolio management.
- Develop and implement business strategies for SME growth.
- Ensure Shariah compliance in credit and trade activities.
- Utilize Government/SBP schemes to enhance SME financing.
- Oversee branch-level operations and business targets.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Management.
