Job Summary: Divisional Head Contact Center at Bank of Punjab (BOP)
The Bank of Punjab (BOP) is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Contact Center division within the Information Technology Group.
Position: Divisional Head Contact Center
Grade: SVP/IVP
Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:
The role is a senior leadership position with a wide range of operational, strategic, and managerial duties, including:
- Maintaining service levels and meeting sales targets.
- Processing customer financial and non-financial requests efficiently.
- Ensuring high service quality scores and accuracy for customer interactions.
- Managing Call Centre projects and vendor engagements.
- Maintaining an error-free and audit-compliant environment.
- Budget preparation and management.
- Staff retention, team management, hiring, and training.
Eligibility Criteria:
| Criteria | Requirement |
| Qualification | Minimum MBA or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local or foreign university. |
| Age Limit | Up to 55 years old as of September 16, 2025. |
| Experience | 12 years of total experience (in Banking or Non-Banking sectors), with at least 6-8 years of relevant Contact Center or similar leadership experience. |
