Teachers residing and posted within the limits of Bahawalpur Board should submit their Data online on the website of Education Board, Bahawalpur www.bisebwp.edu.pk and send its attested hard copy verified by the head of the institution by January 15, 2026.

Notice for Teachers Interested in Examination Duty
The Board requires eligible, honest, hardworking, and experienced male and female teachers for the conduct of the Matriculation/Intermediate First & Second Annual Examinations 2026.
Eligibility: Teachers residing and posted within the jurisdiction of the Bahawalpur Board.
Application Process:
- Online Submission: Update/submit your data on the official website: bisebwp.edu.pk
- Hard Copy: Send an attested hard copy of the online application, verified by your Head of Institution.
Deadline: Both steps must be completed by January 15, 2026.

Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria

| 1 | Distributing Inspector | i. Retired or in-service government employees of the Education Department (Male) with a minimum rank of SST/SSE/IT. Experienced teachers will be trained. ii. Teachers from colleges/schools nearest to the bank linked to examination centers can apply. |
| 2 | Superintendent | i. In-service teachers from government institutions (colleges/schools). ii. For Matric: SST, SSE, IT teachers from schools. iii. For Intermediate: Teachers from colleges OR SSSS, SST, SSE, IT teachers from schools. |
| 3 | Deputy Superintendent | i. In-service teachers from government institutions (colleges/schools). ii. For Matric: SST, SSE, IT teachers from schools. iii. For Intermediate: Teachers from colleges OR SSSS, SST, SSE, IT teachers from schools. iv. Only if candidates from Sr. No. 1 & 2 are unavailable: For Female and Combined Centers only, the following are eligible: AT, OT, DM (Female teachers) and SV, EST, SESE, PET (Male teachers). |

| 5 | Invigilator | General cadre EST, SESE, PET, OT, AT, DM, SV, PST, ESE, J.C from government schools, as well as clerical staff from colleges/schools. |
Important Notes:
- All applications must be verified by your Head of Institution.
- Superintendent / Deputy Superintendent positions will not be assigned without the submitted hard copy of the online application and a pay slip.
- Update your existing online profile and resend the verified hard copy if you have applied previously.
- All appointments are temporary and will be made strictly according to board rules for the examination days only.
