Develop Acquiring Business Value Proposition by introducing innovative products & services that differentiate BOP from its competitors.Manage P&L for Acquiring by analyzing the revenue and costs.Responsible for developing Acquiring value proposition & Alliances, including pricing and commercial terms, and defining the acquiring product strategy/roadmap.Responsible for business target, e.g., revenue, number of merchants, payment volume, Alliances, etc.Efficient management of Cards Scheme Companies in close coordination with respective stakeholders.Coordinate with concerned functions during product enhancement in terms of acquiring host system and terminal applications.Responsible for managing the Acquiring business and distribution team.Develop relationship with card schemes (MasterCard/Visa/UnionPay/JCB/PayPal, etc.).Monitoring chargeback and fraud volumes of merchant accounts and ensuring action plans are implemented to mitigate risk. | Qualification:Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognized institution.Age:Not more than 55 years as on date of application.Experience:Minimum 07 years of Banking experience with 03 years in a similar role. |

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand identity and market positioning. Formulate and execute marketing plans in alignment with overall business objectives. Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.Collaborate effectively with business teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of brand strategies with organizational goals.Work closely with the Marketing Services team to oversee the proper execution of both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns.Spearhead the launch and management of social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Take charge of internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging across all channels.Drive the creation of diverse content types, including internal and external messages, articles, videos, infographics, and social media content, to support brand initiatives and engage target audiences effectively. | Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognized/foreign institution.Age: Not more than 55 years as on the date of Application.
