1. Position: Branch Banking Operations Head
- Number of Posts:01
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily banking operations across the branch network (cash management, account opening, remittance, clearing, cheque books, lockers).
- Coordinate with the business team for branch openings and document safekeeping.
- Develop operational benchmarks, monitor policies, and identify risks.
- Oversee core banking application support and performance tuning.
- Manage the full cycle of ATM/Debit card transactions, reconciliation, and dispute resolution per SBP rules.
2. Position: Branch Managers
- Number of Posts: Multiple
- Location: Across Punjab
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall supervision, administration, and performance of the branch.
- Achieve targets for deposits, advances (loans), and recovery.
- Mobilize new business and strengthen customer relationships.
- Ensure smooth operations, quality service, and compliance with SBP regulations and bank policies (AML/CFT).
- Oversee loan processing, documentation, and recovery.
- Safeguard branch cash, assets, and records.
- Monitor, guide, and train branch staff.
3. Position: Officer Call Center
- Number of Posts:05
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls courteously and effectively.
- Log complaints and service requests in the CRM system and escalate issues when needed.
- Adhere to call scripts, compliance requirements, and maintain customer confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update customer interaction records.
