CEO Position – AZ Engineering (Technical & Engineering Company)

Key Requirements:

Education:

• Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Robotics Engineering (a blend with Management degree preferred).

Experience:

• 15+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in C-level roles (CEO/COO) in large-scale industrial/technical organizations.

• Proven experience in:

  • Business transformation and turnaround strategies.

  • Managing stakeholders in both public and private sectors.

  • Project management, joint ventures, and corporate negotiations.
