Our client, a leading company in the Oil & Gas sector, is seeking a visionary Group Chief Human Resources Officer (Group CHRO) to lead and transform its HR function. The Group CHRO will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with the organization’s mission and business goals, while driving talent management, compliance, and organizational development. Reporting to senior leadership and the board, this role requires strategic thinking, leadership excellence, and a deep understanding of HR best practices in a dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.

Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives to support organizational growth.

Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and employee relations.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while promoting best practices.

Stay updated on HR trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to drive innovation.

Lead HR teams across subsidiaries, fostering professional development and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills

Education: MBA or MA/MS in Human Resources or related field (preferred).

Experience: 20+ years overall, with 15–16 years in core HR leadership roles.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Expertise in employment laws, HRIS, and talent management systems.

Proven leadership in managing teams and large-scale HR projects.
