Position 2: Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst (2 Positions)
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (with a standard 5-year age relaxation).
- Required Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience. Experience in M&A or competition law is an advantage.
- Required Education:
- Minimum LLB or Bachelor’s (16 years) in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Accountancy.
- Master’s or Ph.D. degrees are preferred.
- Key Responsibilities: Reviewing and analyzing M&A cases, financial modeling, assessing market impact, and preparing reports and recommendations for senior management.
General Terms & Conditions
- Contract: The appointment is on a contract basis for 2 years, which can be extended based on performance.
