Method of Submitting Application
(1) For post serial number 01, the initial test will be conducted by the National Testing Service (NTS) as per the decision of the competent authority. Interested candidates for the Junior Clerk post must apply online through the National Testing Service (NTS) website (www.nts.org.pk) within fifteen days after the publication of this advertisement, i.e., by 30-06-2025.
(2) After online registration, the test fee of Rs. 850/- must be paid through the generated electronic challan slip at any bank branch/ATM/Internet Banking/EasyPaisa/JazzCash/TCS Express counter.
(3) For post serial number 01 only, candidates must submit printed copies of the application form along with required documents, i.e., CNIC (in case of government employees), educational documents, character certificate from the last educational institution, and two character certificates from respected individuals who are not relatives but are well-acquainted with the candidate’s character and past history, through courier to NTS at the address mentioned on the application form.
(4) Incomplete applications or applications received after the stipulated date, i.e., 30-06-2025, will not be considered.
(5) Successful candidates for post serial number 01 will be required to pass a written test with 50 or more marks and a skill test, i.e., a typing test conducted on typing software under the guidance of the IT Department of the respected court.
(6) Candidates with disabilities must upload their CNIC with the wheelchair logo issued by the Social Welfare Department.
(7) Female candidates will also be given equal opportunity to participate, so they can also apply.
(8) The date of the initial test and results for post serial number 01 will be announced by NTS on their official website. The list of successful candidates will also be displayed on the notice board of the District Court and its official website.
