Eligibility Criteria
| Category | Requirements |

| Qualification | – Minimum 16 years of education (Master’s or equivalent). – Preferred: Ph.D./M.Phil./International Certifications. |
| Experience | – 20 years total experience. – Option 1: 20 years in Administrative/Managerial roles. – Option 2 (Educational Cadre): 7 years Administrative/Managerial + 13 years Teaching in reputed institutions. |
| Age Limit | 45–60 years (Relaxable under special circumstances). |
| Salary Package | Negotiable: PKR 300,000–500,000 (Lump-sum, all-inclusive). |
