Advertisement for Vacancies

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for recruitment against vacant posts on a three-year contract (Lump Sum Pay basis) in the Punjab Narcotics Force. Applications on the prescribed format are required from candidates belonging to the Lahore circle. The details of vacant posts, number of posts, place of posting, qualification, and experience are as follows:

Terms and Conditions

1. Candidates must be a citizen of Pakistan and a resident of the Lahore circle.
2. Age limit is 18 to 25 years.
3. 5 years general age relaxation will be given as per government policy.
4. Candidates already in government/semi-government service should apply through proper channel (NOC required).
5. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
6. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
7. The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
8. Final selection will be based on merit.
9. Candidates must bring original documents at the time of interview.
10. The contract period can be extended subject to satisfactory performance.
11. Recruitment will be done according to the Punjab Government’s 2004 Contract Appointment Policy.
12. For ASI/SI posts, physical endurance test will be conducted.
13. For DEO post, typing test and computer proficiency test will be conducted.
14. For Driver post, driving test will be conducted.
15. Candidates from Dera Ghazi Khan circle will have their test/interview in Dera Ghazi Khan.
16. Candidates from Rawalpindi circle will have their test/interview in Rawalpindi.
17. Educational documents from recognized boards/universities will be accepted.
18. Candidates will be disqualified if any information provided is found to be false.
19. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
20. The department will not be responsible for any delay in test/interview due to unforeseen circumstances.
21. Candidates from other circles can also apply, but preference will be given to local candidates.
