Relationship Manager – KHI | LHR | ISB
| Brief Job Description | Develop and manage strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular meetings, client visits, and market intelligence gathering. Drive new business, negotiate and structure insurance policies and/or funded facilities, prepare credit applications, conduct risk assessments, and revenue targets for assigned relationships. Must be fully conversant with trade finance products, credit risk, market risk, operational risk, counterparty risk, insurance risk principles, credit analysis, financial statements analysis, due diligence, risk analysis, financial modelling, and trade finance structuring. Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures, as well as all applicable local laws and regulations. The role requires a candidate to be independently driven, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Contribute to building a high-governance development bank with a strong back-office operation, as well as an upbeat analytical skills. Financial modelling skills are necessary. |
| Qualification | Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelors/Masters) in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. |
| Experience | Minimum 3 years (for Assistant Manager) to 5 years (for Manager) of relevant work experience in Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions, or the Credit/Risk Management department of a bank, with proven relationship management skills. |

| Brief Job Description | Support senior relationship managers in managing client relationships, credit applications, due diligence reports, and query resolution. Ensure EXIM Bank’s funded and unfunded exposures are covered by insurance policies. Must be fully conversant with trade finance products, credit risk, market risk, operational risk, counterparty risk, insurance risk principles, credit analysis, financial statements analysis, due diligence, risk analysis, financial modelling, and trade finance structuring. The role requires a candidate to be independently driven, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures, as well as all applicable local laws and regulations. Manager/Asst. Manager Treasury – KHI
| Brief Job Description | Manage the bank’s liquidity, funding, and investment activities within the bank’s policy while building strong relationships with interbank market participants to ensure competitive pricing. Prepare treasury reports for senior management and the Board of Directors. Must be fully conversant with financial markets, treasury products, and risk management principles. Conduct research and prepare financial analyses to support decision making. Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures, as well as all applicable local laws and regulations. The role requires a candidate to be independently driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Ensure timely and accurate reporting, mismatch, duration, and sensitivity reporting. Strong analytical skills, financial modelling skills, and proficiency in treasury management software are essential. Duties assigned by line management. |
| Qualification | Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelors/Masters) in a Finance discipline. CFA Level 1 qualified or ACCA/CA part qualified or ACI Dealing Certificate qualified or FRM Part 1/Part 2 qualified or PRM certified. CFA Level 1 and/or ACI (Association Cambiste Internationale) Dealing Certificate and/or FRM (Financial Risk Manager) Part 1/Part 2 will be an added advantage. |
| Experience | Minimum 3 (three) years (for Asst. Manager) to 5 (five) years (for Manager) of relevant work experience in a bank treasury department or a financial institution treasury department. |
Sr. Off. – Enterprise Systems Administrator
| Brief Job Description | Implement, manage, and maintain the bank’s enterprise systems and infrastructure, including physical and virtual environments, backup solutions, and cloud services. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all systems. Monitor system performance and capacity, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and implement patches and upgrades. Manage and maintain the bank’s IT infrastructure policies and DR (Disaster Recovery) setup as per SBP (State Bank of Pakistan) guidelines. Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration and operation of all systems. Responsibilities include system hardening, patching, vulnerability management, BCP (Business Continuity Planning) and DR drills. The role requires a candidate to be independently driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Duties assigned by line management. |
| Qualification | Minimum 16 years of education in Information Technology/Computer Science/Software Engineering or a related discipline from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. |
| Experience | Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in enterprise systems administration or a related field. |
Sr. Off. – Credit Administration Department (CAD) – ISB
| Brief Job Description | Prepare and manage of lending and non-related documentation, including loan agreements, security documents, and other legal documents. Review and maintain credit records, review credit approval proposals, and ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal policies and procedures. Coordinate with internal and external auditors, legal counsel, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include document management, collateral coverage, and collateral. Scrutinize documents to identify early warning signals, potential fraud indicators, and policy violations. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management and the Board of Directors. The role requires a candidate to be highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, along with strong communication, detail orientation, and analytical skills. |
| Qualification | Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelors/Masters) in Business Administration or other relevant fields from a leading international or local university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. |
| Experience | Minimum 2 (two) years of relevant work experience in a financial institution’s CAD department. |
