Job opportunity at the Export-Import Bank of Pakistan (EXIM Bank):
Position: Head of Compliance
Organization: Export-Import Bank of Pakistan (EXIM Bank)
Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead EXIM Bank’s compliance strategy, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory obligations (e.g., KYC, AML, CFT).
- Manage compliance policies, align with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) requirements, and promote global best practices.
- Establish procedures to prevent, detect, and address non-compliance.
- Liaise with regulators (e.g., SBP), provide compliance training, and represent the Compliance function in board meetings.
- Develop frameworks for Trade-Based Money Laundering and mitigate risks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in banking/Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) in Pakistan, with at least 4 years in senior compliance leadership roles.
