- General Manager Infrastructure
- Qualification: Sc (Civil Engineering)
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a prior leadership role.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all infrastructure development projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
- Develop strategies for sustainable growth and long-term infrastructure development.
- Skills Required: Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
- Note: Retired senior officers from Government/Engineering Services with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. PEC Registration is mandatory.
- Project Manager
- Qualification: Sc (Civil Engineering)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project management of large-scale housing or infrastructure development projects.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure project execution complies with approved designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Capable of ensuring the close and timely delivery of projects.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
- Note: PEC Registration is mandatory.
- Electrical Supervisor
- Qualification: DAE Electrical / FA / Matric
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in housing societies, including:
- Overhead transformers installation
- DB Box installation
- Installation of Meters, Street Light Panels, AC UPS, and Generators
- Skills Required: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety codes, and best practices. Ability to work independently and in teams under challenging field conditions.
- CCTV Operator
- Qualification: Intermediate (FA/FSc) / CCTV Diploma / DIT
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:
- CCTV Camera Installation
- Windows Configuration
- DVR/NVR setup
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CCTV surveillance systems effectively.
- Maintain detailed maps and records of daily activities.
- Coordinate with security staff and management for timely response to incidents.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
