Job Requirements (Common to Both Positions)
1. Educational Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree(at least 16 years of education) in one of the following fields:
- Information Technology, Computer Science, Sc. Engineering, MS-CS
- Business Management, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain
- Chemical Engineering
- The degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution.
2. Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management or implementation.
- At least 2 years of that experience must be in the specific role of Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of project planning and management fundamentals.
3. Preferred/Added Advantage:
- Experience in implementing track and trace systems or similar projects.
- Specific industry knowledge: Familiarity with the sugar industry (for the Sugar Sector role) or the cement industry (for the Cement Sector role), including their supply chains, production processes, and regulatory environments.
