Eligibility Criteria
| Category | Requirements |
| Qualification | – Master’s degree (preferably Ph.D.) in Agriculture (HEC-recognized) OR – BE/ME (Civil Engineering) or higher (HEC-recognized). |
| Skills | – Excellent English & computer skills – Strong communication & leadership |

| Experience | Minimum 10 years in: – Project execution & management – Planning Commission tools – BPPRA rules & contracts – Work in Balochistan – Socio-economic/strategic projects |
