The Public Private Partnership (PPP) Unit under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Planning and Development Department is hiring qualified professionals for contract-based positions under the ADP-funded project “Establishment of PPP Support Unit in P&D Department.”

Available Positions:

1. Research Analyst (6 Posts)
   • Qualifications:
     • Bachelor’s or 16 years of education (MA/MSc) in relevant disciplines:
     • Experience: Minimum 5 years (including 2 years in relevant sectors like Government/PPP/Donor-funded projects).
     • Preferred Certifications: PMP, CP3P, Climate Change, or other relevant certifications.

2. PPP Specialist (1 Post)
   • Qualifications: Bachelor’s or 16 years of education (MA/MSc) in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics, Law, or Engineering.
   • Experience: Minimum 8 years (including 3 years in PPP project identification, preparation, and appraisal).
   • Preferred Certifications:CP3P, PMP, or equivalent.
3. Financial Specialist (1 Post)
   • Qualifications: Bachelor’s or 16 years of education (MA/MSc) in Economics, Finance, Accounting, CA, ACCA, CFA, or Business Administration.
   • Experience: Minimum 8 years (including 3 years in PPP financial modeling and project finance).
   • Preferred Certifications:CP3P, PMP, or Financial Modeling certifications.
