Eligibility Criteria
| Requirement | Details |
| Education | Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Certifications (CPCU, ARM, CIC) preferred. |
| Experience | 15+ years in insurance, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role. |
| Age Limit | Maximum 55 years as of the application date. |
