2. Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – BPS-20

• Key Responsibilities: Lead financial strategy, planning, and budgeting. Oversee financial reporting, capital management, and treasury functions. Manage relationships with regulators and investors.
• Eligibility:
  • Education: Master’s in Finance or a Chartered Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA).
  • Experience:15+ years in insurance, with at least 5 years in a similar CFO role.

3. Chief Risk Officer (CRO) – BPS-20

• Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement an enterprise-wide risk management framework. Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks. Work with the CFO and Chief Actuary on financial and actuarial risks.
• Eligibility:
  • Education: Master’s in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
  • Certification: Risk management certification (FRM, PRM) is an advantage.
  • Experience:15+ years in insurance, with at least 5 years in a similar CRO role.

4. Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – BPS-20

• Key Responsibilities: Develop the company’s technology vision and roadmap. Oversee IT infrastructure, software development, data analytics, and cybersecurity. Manage the IT budget and ensure business continuity.
• Eligibility:
  • Education: Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience:15+ years in insurance, with at least 5 years in a similar CTO role.

5. Company Secretary – BPS-19

• Key Responsibilities: Ensure effective corporate governance, provide secretarial support to the Board, maintain corporate records, and ensure compliance with SECP regulations and company law.
• Eligibility:
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant, Chartered Certified Accountant, or Chartered Secretary.
  • Experience:10+ years in insurance, with at least 5 years in a similar Company Secretary role.
  • Minimum Experience: Not less than 12 years.
