Key Details & Eligibility Criteria
| Category | Requirements |
| Qualification | Master’s degree (1st Division) in Management Sciences, Administrative Sciences, or Public Administration. Preference for candidates with an M.Phil, PhD, or a foreign qualification. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years of total experience, which must include 6 years of Educational Administrative Experience. Experience as a Principal or Head of a residential Public School or Cadet College is preferred. |
| Skills | Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Academic, and Public Relation skills. Proficiency in English is required. |
| Age Limit | Between 45 and 63 years. |
| Provincial Preference | Preference will be given to candidates belonging to Balochistan Province. |
Compensation & Benefits Package
