- Applicants holding Balochistan domicile will be given special preference, but those from other provinces can also apply.
- Verified copies of Matric, F.Sc Pre-Medical, MBBS, FCPS/MCPS and other educational certificates, experience certificate, two passport-size photos, domicile copy, and a verified copy of the National Identity Card must be submitted with the application.
