Key Eligibility & Terms & Conditions
- Domicile: Candidates must have domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or Merged Districts. Preference will be given to local district candidates.
- Screening Test: Conducted by ETEA (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission’s Testing Service).
- Existing ETEA Test Qualifiers: Candidates who have already passed the ETEA test for Bio-Medical Engineer (BPS-17), Project Coordinator (BPS-17), or Bio-Medical Technician (BPS-16) do NOT need to apply again. Their previous test result will be used for shortlisting.
- NADRA Verification Mandatory: Before applying, candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website, print an E-Sahulat token, and get their CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/Kiosk. Without this, the application cannot be submitted.
- Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel.
- Application Fee: A non-refundable fee must be deposited via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or at any bank branch of HBL.
- Documentation: Do not send documents to ETEA initially. Only shortlisted candidates will be required to provide copies for scrutiny.
- Important: Providing false information will lead to disqualification and legal action. No TA/DA will be provided for the interview.
How to Apply – Step-by-Step
- Verify CNIC: Go to eta.edu.pk, create a profile, print the E-Sahulat token, and get your CNIC verified at a NADRA E-Sahulat center.
- Apply Online: After verification, visit eta.edu.pk and fill out the online application form for your desired post(s).
- Pay Fee: After submitting the form, a fee deposit slip will be generated. Pay the prescribed test fee using this slip via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or at an HBL branch.
- Keep Proof: Keep the bank-stamped original deposit slip safe. Do not send it to anyone.
- Roll Number Slip: Download your Roll Number Slip (which will have your test date, time, and venue) from eta.edu.pk when announced. No physical call letters will be mailed.
