Qualifications & Experience Required
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (higher degree preferred)
- Preferred: Professional qualification in IT (other disciplines acceptable with relevant experience)
- Strong knowledge of Information Management Systems
Professional Experience (Preferred):
- Served as COO/CTO of an IT companyfor at least 3 years
- Senior management experiencein managing an IT company for at least 5 years
- Experience in IT company startup, team hierarchy design, role assignment, and KPI settingfor at least 5 years
- In-depth working knowledge of:
- Networking (LAN & WAN)
- Server deployment & management
- ERP systems
- Software development & troubleshooting
(Minimum 5 years experience in these areas)
- Senior-level experience in ERP design, development, deployment, and organizational ERP implementationfor at least 3 years
