Education Testing Council (ETC) of HEC.

Age: 55 Years | Masters/Bachelors Degree or equivalent (16 years) OR 2nd Division from HEC recognized university/institution. 12 years post qualification experience in the relevant field. The candidate must have the knowledge of test administration, logistics, coordination, planning, implementation of test events, and academic examination in a university/board/organization of good repute. Experience in public or private sector organizations of good repute will be preferred. |

The candidate must have the knowledge of financial management, budgeting, accounting, and auditing in a university/board/organization of good repute. Experience in public or private sector organizations of good repute will be preferred. |
Important Note:
- The above positions are on a contract basis for a period of one year (extendable) on satisfactory performance.

- The online application portal will open on November 13, 2025.
- The last date for submission of applications is December 13, 2025.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
- The test/interview will be conducted at HEC, Islamabad.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
- HEC reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions or cancel the advertisement at any stage without assigning any reason.
- The candidates must have the required qualifications and experience on the closing date of the advertisement.
